  • Complimentary photoshoot access with your professional photographer in both outdoor and indoor spaces on a scheduled day prior to your event.

  • One hour rehearsal access (time and date dependent on event schedule).

  • Access to the property for setup starting from 9:00am.

  • Setup and breakdown of ceremony site, dining and cocktail reception tables and chairs.

additionS:

+ SECURITY FEE FOR EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL SERVED. $40/Hour Per Officer. 5 Hour Minimum.
+ THIRD-PARTY DAY OF EVENT INSURANCE REQUIRED. For Example: WedSafe (Typically under $300.)

POLICIES:
*EVENT DATE HELD WITH NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND SIGNED CONTRACT.*
*Events will terminate no later than ten at night Sunday through Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday.*

Decorations: 

We welcome your creativity and desire for a unique wedding. We would appreciate your help in maintaining the beautifully clean space at Barn South by not using nails in our walls. We can allow candles if contained and kept away from combustible decor and not left unattended.

Event hours:

To maintain our neighborly atmosphere in the Talmo community in which we are a part of we require events to end by midnight Friday and Saturday and 10pm all other evenings.

Deposit:

$1,500 non-refundable payment is due at rental agreement signing to secure your date which is applied to your total rental fee. The remaining amount can be split into 3 payments due 180 days, 90 days and finally 30 days before your event. Events must be fully paid 30 days prior to your event.
